NetHostKing Terms & Conditions — Rights, Rules & Responsibilities

Using NetHostKing services, you acknowledge & agree to our Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your use of our platform, covering aspects such as account management, privacy, payments, and legal responsibilities. We’re committed to ensuring a secure, transparent, & seamless experience.

Terms & Conditions

NetHostKing LLC provides Web Hosting to Worldwide Clients, and we have a responsibility to protect each client and to provide the best services available. NetHostKing provides Shared Cloud Web Hosting Unlimited and Limited Plans. All clients of NetHostKing are subject to the following Terms of Service & Policy.

Usage Policy

Examples of unacceptable material include: IRC Bots, Proxy Scripts, Anonymizers, Pirated Software, Warez, image hosting only sites that do not host an actual domain/normal website content, Escrow, High-Yield Interest Programs(HYIP), Bank Debentures, Livechat/Chat Scripts, Download sites(Pirated softwares), Bank Debenture Trading Programs, and Prime Banks Programs, lottery sites, muds, rpg s, hate sites, Facebook Bots, Instagram bots (Social Networking Related Bots), hacker focused sites/archives/programs, testing environments (Storing your Website Projects), sites promoting illegal activities, Flash Games or Online Gaming Sites, Movies, MP3 Songs, File hosting.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Any material that, in our judgment that is obscene or threatening is prohibited and will be removed from our servers with or without notice. Failure to respond to an email from our abuse department within 48 hours may result in the suspension or termination of your services. If in doubt regarding the acceptability of your site or service, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. No refunds will be given.

You shall agree to use only licensed and legal third-party software in connection with your use of our services. NetHostKing reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer’s access to any or all services provided at any time, or when NetHostKing decides that the account has been inappropriately used or otherwise.

Potential harm to minors is strictly forbidden, including but not limited to child pornography or content perceived to be child pornography (Lolita). Any site found to host child pornography or linking to child pornography or any type of Pornography will be terminated immediately without notice. We will also report this to the appropriate authorities. No refunds will be given.

Free Domains Policy

Free domains like .ga, .ml, .tk are allowed to host. But officialy you can not send mails using them only can receive mails using these free domains. The number of abuse cases are increasing, so you will be responsible for any wrong activity you perform using them.

Mailing Policy and Limits/Bulk Mails

Sending Bulk emails is not allowed on our server, Per cPanel account can send 150 emails per hour. If any accounts seem to be spamming, they will be suspended with or without any notice. Doing Bulk Mails needs VPS/Dedicated Servers for your Purpose. There will be no refund offered in case of any spamming issue caused by to suspension of your services.

Late Payments

All service renewal bills are generated according to the dates they were first activated. As per the System settings, the service will be suspended on the 5th day from the due date and terminated on the 10th day from the due date. A Late Fee of 3$ will be added to your invoice in case you didn’t make the payment before the Suspension. The late fee should be paid by you to get your service reactivated.

Backup and Data Loss

Your use of this service is at your sole risk. NetHostKing performs weekly backups however, these backups are for NetHostKing administrative purposes only, and are in NO WAY GUARANTEED! Customers are responsible for maintaining their backups on their personal computers. NetHostKing does not provide any sort of compensation for lost or incomplete data if backups do not function properly (even if the malfunction was due to negligence on NetHostKing’s part). We will do our best to ensure complete and accurate backups, but we assume no responsibility for this duty. Always back up your site contents to your personal computer! We make no guarantees about the availability of backups. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backups of files and data stored on NetHostKing servers. Backups will not be provided for accounts that have been suspended.

Refund Policy

NetHostKing aims to ensure customer satisfaction with our hosting services. However, please note the following refund terms:

  • Domain Name Registrations and Renewals: Domain purchases and renewals are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once a domain is registered, it cannot be canceled or refunded as it is immediately processed with the domain registries.
  • Hosting Services: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all shared hosting plans. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable to first-time hosting accounts. Renewals, upgrades, and additional services (such as dedicated IPs, SSL certificates, or add-ons) are non-refundable.
    Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service are not eligible for a refund.
  • Refund Request Process: To initiate a refund request, you must contact our billing department within the 14-day refund window. All refund requests must be made through official communication channels.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

NetHostKing reserves the right to deny refund requests that fall outside the terms of this Refund Policy or involve misuse of our services.

Cancellation and Refund

NetHostKing LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or otherwise restrict access to the account at any time with or without notice, in case of any TOS Violation. No Refund. Any abuse of our staff in any medium or format will result in the suspension or termination of your services.
